We submit to Primary Insurance Carriers, but we do not submit to Secondary Insurance Carriers.

MEDICARE:
We accept Medicare Assignment, however we do not submit to your supplimental insurance carrier.BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD:
We are participating providers with the Blue Cross Blue shield program. We are Preferred Providers for the Federal Program and will submit this claim for you.CHAMPUS:
We do not accept CHAMPUS assignment. Our fees are set 15% above the CHAMPUS allowable. We will submit to CHAMPUS, and they will send you the payment.INTERWEST:
Bozeman GI Clinic is no longer a participating provider with the Interwest Health Plan Network, effective March 18, 2002.

PPO DIRECT:
We are participating providers with the PPO Direct Plan. To receive this discount you must pay in full at time of service.

Payment Options:
If you do not have insurance or have a high deductable, we request payment at the time of office services. If you have questions regarding your bill, please talk to the billing deptartment at 406-586-3309. We accept VISA & MASTERCARD

Statements are mailed after we have received notice from your primary insurance company. If you have not received a statement within 6 weeks following your appointment please contact the billing department. The hospital will bill separately for their services.
